David grew up in the Atlanta area and has been living in Colorado since 2002. He moved to Basalt with his wife, Melissa, and son, Luca, in 2017. He has a BS in Management from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Denver. David has been working in the technology business for 20 years and is passionate about leadership, working with customers, managing projects, and good program governance. As a music major during his early college years, he still enjoys writing music for school bands and coaching percussion students as well as playing his drums. In 2019 he participated in the ASE Vision Airport Experience Working Group. You can also find David serving as his son's Cub Scout den leader, learning new skills with Habitat for Humanity at Basalt Vista, and adventuring in the valley and beyond with his family and friends.
David was elected to office in April 2020 for a term of 4 years to expire in April 2024.
