Councilor Gary Tennenbaum

I’m originally from somewhere back east; it’s been so long I can’t remember from where. I have lived in Basalt for over four years. I’m the Pitkin County Open Space and Trails Land Steward, and when I’m not out building trails and preserving lands around the valley, I can be found skiing mountain biking, fishing, and hiking. I’m about to be a Dad and my wonderful wife and I can’t believe how lucky we are to raise a child in Basalt

Councilor Chris Seldin

He left Colorado for college on the east coast and law school on the west coast, but eagerly returned when he had an opportunity to relocate from San Francisco to Basalt in 2002. Chris works as an attorney in Aspen where he specializes in land use and local government law. In his spare time he enjoys free-heel skiing, cycling, hiking, and generally enjoying the outdoors.
