Click here to learn more! 2009 ENERGY STAR New Homes Homebuilder Rebate Request Form The Governor's Energy Office (GEO) is pleased to provide a $300 per home rebate to all Colorado homebuilders who construct certified ENERGY STAR New Homes and meet the rebate eligibility requirements for 2009. I-Codes The 2006 I-codes were adopted by the town council on 8/14/07. They will become effective on 8/28/07. Permit applications submitted on, and after, that date will be reviewed and inspected under the 2006 I-codes.
